The Sage Oracle Dual Boiler (SES995) brings a true café set-up home: powerful stainless steel dual boilers extract espresso and steam milk at the same time, with PID temperature control adjustable in 1-degree steps. Choose Auto mode for automation at every stage or Manual mode for hands-on barista control on the responsive 5.7-inch touchscreen. The Auto Dial-In system monitors every shot and adjusts the grind, Electronic Grind Adjust grinds, doses and tamps a perfect 22 g puck into the 58 mm portafilter, Auto MilQ textures silky microfoam for dairy and plant milks, and the Sage+ app pre-heats the machine over Wi-Fi so it is ready when you are.

The cool touch steam wand with ring pull creates silky smooth microfoam with settings optimised for dairy, soy, almond and oat. Adjustable temperatures (45°C to 75°C) and 9 texture levels.
